*As the building is located inside a ski resort, it is not possible to drive to the building in winter.

Outside of the winter season, you can drive right up to the front of the hotel.
For parking, please use the parking space next to the hotel building or P6 Parking Lot.

*When using the parking lot, you will need a P3 parking permit with your name and the date of your stay printed on it.

Once you make a reservation, we will send you the P3, P4, and P5 parking permits by email.Please print it out yourself and present it on the inside right side of the front desk window while you are parking.
Please dispose of it yourself when you leave.

If you have not received it or are unable to print it out, please contact the front desk by the day before so we can give it to you.
Please understand that we cannot prepare the item immediately on the day.

＜P6 Parking Lot＞You can unload your luggage in the 30-minute stopping area at the back.
However, since the P6 Parking Lot is for business use, please make sure to move your car immediately after unloading your luggage.

Please park in an orderly manner in the customer parking area (red area) of "P3 Parking Lot" as shown in the diagram above.(If there is a staff, follow the instructions.)
*If "P3 Parking Lot" is full, please park in an orderly fashion in any available spaces in "P4 Parking Lot" or "P5 Parking Lot", which are a short distance away.If all parking spaces are full, please call us.


＜P6 Parking Lot＞On foot → "Underground passageway/up stairs" at the back → Walk straight along the snowy road for about 60m → "HOTEL ALPHASTAR iwappara (bare concrete building)" for about 3 to 5 minutes

*We recommend wearing snow shoes as you will be walking on snowy roads and through puddles.


[ Regarding luggage transportation 】
From 9:00 to 16:00, we will help you transport up to one luggage carrier from P6 Parking Lot.
If you require one, please call the front desk upon arrival at P6 Parking Lot.(Operation hours from 8:30 to 15:30)
Please understand that you may have to wait a long time during busy periods.

From Echigo-Yuzawa Station, please take a taxi or Iwappara Ski Resort shuttle bus.

*For information about Iwappara Ski Resort shuttle bus, please visit the Iwappara Ski Resort website (https://iwa-ppara.com/access/#index_id0).
It is about a 10-minute walk from the final stop, "Iwappara Mid-Slope Resort Center 2."
After getting off, please walk towards "P6 Parking Lot" below.
＜P6 Parking Lot＞Once you pass through the underground passage at the back, you will see a bare concrete building ahead.

＜Iwappara mid-mountain Resort Center 2＞→ "P6 Parking Lot (Taxi Drop-off Point)" → "Underground Passageway/Upward Stairs" at the back → Go straight for about 60m along the snowy road → "HOTEL ALPHASTAR iwappara (bare concrete building)" About 5 to 7 minutes

*There are just under 50 steps and a snowy path about 60 meters long.
We recommend wearing snow shoes as you will be walking on snowy roads and through puddles.
In addition, there are long stairs, so we recommend that you send heavy suitcases etc. by courier in advance.


[ Regarding home delivery 】
We will accept your shipment even if it is early, so please send it in plenty of time.
*Please be sure to include the date of your stay and the name of the person making the reservation.
*Your luggage will be returned in exchange for a paper receipt, so please be sure to bring it with you.
Please note that shipping from the hotel is only available on a cash-on-delivery basis, so we recommend using the round-trip service.
