WITH DOG

[ Terms of Use for Bringing Your Pet Dog 】

1. My dog who will be using this facility meets the following conditions.
　 ① Weight must be less than 8kg.
　 ② The child must be at least six months old.
　 3) The dog must be toilet trained, not barking unnecessarily, and not biting.
　 ④ You have received the following vaccinations within the past year and two weeks have passed since receiving the vaccination.
　　・Rabies vaccination
　　・Vaccination against 5 or more infectious diseases
　　 *Upon arrival, you will be required to present proof of the above vaccinations (copies or images are acceptable).
　⑤ Your dog is not in heat, menstruating, or pregnant.
　⑥ Your dog must be kept free of fleas, ticks and other parasites.
　⑦ The breed is not intended for dog fighting.

2. The number of pet dogs that can be brought along will depend on the maximum number allowed at each facility.

3. Please use a crate or bag to move around in common areas other than the guest room.

4. Please do not bring your dog anywhere in the facility other than the lobby on the 1st floor and the "dog-friendly floor" on the 5th floor (restaurants, large public baths, rental corner, locker rooms, shops, etc.).

5. If my dog starts barking unnecessarily or mounting, I will stop him/her immediately.

6. Before entering the guest room, please wipe your dog's paws clean.

7. Please wear a diaper on your pet dog while in the guest room.

8. I don't allow my dog to use the bed or bathroom.Additionally, shampooing, trimming, and brushing will not be performed in guest rooms or within the facility.

9. Pet dogs will not be allowed to stay alone in the guest room for long periods of time.When you go out for a short time, please put your dog in the room in a cage and inform the front desk that you will be going out.Please note that if your pet dog is staying alone in the room, there will be no room cleaning.

10. I will be responsible for cleaning up after my dog.In the unlikely event that someone does defecate in the common areas of the facility, I will clean up after them in a hygienic manner and be sure to report it to a member of staff.

11. During my stay at the facility, I will be responsible for all care and management of my dog, including feeding it, disposing of its waste, and walking it. However, if any instructions are given to me by the staff of the facility regarding the management of my dog, I will follow those instructions.

12. I understand in advance that if there is any falsehood in my accommodation application, if I violate the promises and agreements in this agreement, or if the facility determines that I am causing a nuisance to other users, my accommodation contract may be terminated and I may be required to leave the premises.In addition, you will pay any cancellation fees incurred in this case in accordance with the facility's regulations.

13. In the unlikely event that I or my dog cause harm or damage to the body or property of this facility, its employees, or any third party, including facility users, I will resolve the matter in good faith and with full responsibility, including compensation for damages.

14. In the unlikely event that an unforeseen accident occurs within the facility, such as injury, death, theft, or escape of your pet dog, due to an act of God, you will not hold the facility responsible.

15. I acknowledge in advance that if I or my dog damages or soils the furniture, fixtures, or equipment of the facility, I may be charged for cleaning costs and the equivalent of the costs of repairs or replacement.

16. In winter, crates, bags, etc. will be used on the Iwappara Ski Resort slopes.In the unlikely event that I or my dog cause harm or damage to the body or property of any third party, including Iwappara Ski Resort facilities, employees, or facility users, I will not seek any involvement from the facility, including compensation for damages, and I will resolve all matters sincerely and responsibly.
